    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. From the outset, I thank the Members of this House for their very good contributions to the Gaming Bill, 2019. Their contributions are very wise and will form the basis of any possible amendments. I believe during the Committee of the whole House, very Member will have an opportunity to enrich the Bill. I also thank Members of my Committee for their dedication and contributions for the more than one year that we have been doing public participation and going on benchmarking trips in order to come up with this Bill. I also take this opportunity to thank the many Kenyans who gave their ideas and views, so that the Committee can be informed and come up with good amendments."
