    "content": "We must agree that there are two things which bring a lot of discomfort to voters in Kenya. One is the struggle for economic and political power. Economic power can only be controlled by those who are able to follow what our budgets have been used for. The Office of the Auditor-General is one of the critical offices that help by telling us where our money has gone. I am wondering that the office seems to have no control of what is happening. Who is supposed to be telling us what is going on?
