    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Hon. Abdullswamad is asking me about PIC. Let me see his reports and then make comments. Honestly speaking, there was time in this country when we were about six or seven years in backlog of audited accounts. Now we are talking about the 2017/2018 Financial Year which has been audited and not approved by this House. I know before we go on recess, we will try to approve the accounts of 2016/2017. When committees do a good job, it is important for us to say so. This is because when they do not do a good job, we condemn them. So, I congratulate Hon. Opiyo Wandayi because I can see competency in him. I hope God will reward him for whatever endeavours he intends to take because he has shown that competence. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
