    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to support this Report because it is high time this country plans matters succession well. This is because when the Auditor-General is not in office, we cannot know the amount of money spent and the limit available. So, it is high time we realised the importance of all positions especially those of Commissions because they are independent bodies which normally run the affairs of this country. Therefore, it is high time the appointment of the Auditor-General is structured in a manner that when a term expires, the Government is prepared with a successor."
