    "content": "This Report has delayed in the Committee and it cannot approve it because there is no sitting Auditor-General to approve it. Economically, this country is run by the reports we receive from the Auditor-General. The money that is supposed to be spent at the county and the national level is supposed to be guided by the Auditor-General. So, the framework of the way the Auditor-General is put in place should be well described, so that we do not encounter the problem we are encountering."
