    "content": "We all know that the term of the Auditor-General is fixed. Government institutions are aware of that. Mr. Ouko, who registered a sterling performance at the Auditor-General’s Office, was aware and notified the PSC at the Office of the President. Like my colleagues have voiced, a decision must be taken. Maybe, we have too many old men at the PSC who do things at their own time without necessarily taking cognisance of the loss that the country is going through, especially with regard to the fact that a number of the reports cannot be adopted until a substantive holder of that office signs them."
