    "content": "First, we have this annual ritual where at the end of the year, the CBK Board presents a cheque to the Government which advances dividends for that particular year. By extending these timelines, we are saying that that ritual will not take place this year. For the CBK to release dividends to the shareholders, and the national Government is one of them, the report has to be approved by the shareholders."
