    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I wish to move an amendment as per the Speaker’s earlier advice. I think the problem was in the drafting of the Motion in the Order Paper. In our Report, we had indicated the timeline that we are talking about. So, I wish this House to discuss this particular Report with the following amendment: THAT, the Motion be amended by inserting the following words immediately after the words ‘Financial Year 2018/2019’— ‘for a period not exceeding six months, pursuant to provisions of Sections 54 and 55 of the Central Bank of Kenya Act (Cap. 491 of the Laws of Kenya)’.
