    "content": " Hon. Members, the implication of that amendment by the Chairperson is that the Members who will speak to this will not speak to the original Motion. Whoever I give opportunity from now on will have to speak specifically to this amendment because the House has to make a decision on whether the Motion should be amended as proposed by Hon. Nassir. He proposed an amendment to the earlier Motion that the Members have been debating for the last one hour or so. So, whoever I give a chance, please, do not speak to the original Motion. Speak to this amendment, so that the House makes a decision on whether the Motion needs to be amended. After that, if the House decides that the Motion be amended as proposed by Hon. Nassir, we shall go back to the original Motion as amended and the Members will continue debating. That is the procedure."
