We sought guidance from the substantive Speaker to call the concerned people. I want to advise my colleagues that we wrote to the respective bodies. Unfortunately, because of the timelines put in place by the Speaker, the Committee was forced to write this Report without informing the PSC. However, we stand guided. I beg to reply."
