"content": " This is a track record that the Committee is immensely proud of. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I will now delve into the subject matter of the Motion. The Land Registration (Electronic Land Transactions) Regulations, 2019 were made by the Cabinet Secretary for Lands and Physical Planning in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 110 of the Land Registration Act, No.3 of 2012. The Regulations were published vide Legal Notice No.101 of 2019 on 28th of June 2019, received by the Clerk of the National Assembly on 1st August 2019 and tabled before the House on 6th August 2019.
