    "content": "sure that we have secured the registry in a way that unauthorised people cannot access it, I would encourage us to completely avoid a situation of digitising the land registry. Until we come back with a solution on how we will secure that registry, I would support the annulment of the digitisation of land registry until a time we are able to solve that problem.
