    "content": "Concerning the question of budget deficit, it is surprising that we are moving our first Supplementary Budget against the backdrop of very huge budget deficit. We should also not forget that as I mentioned, our revenue projections do not seem to be very realistic as much as we want to give the benefit of doubt to the Government so that it meets the revenue shortfalls in the year."
