    "content": "When the Late John Michuki was the Minister for Environment and Mineral Resources, we visited Perth which is in Australia. We found that Western Australia, which is the Mining Capital of the Far East, is a province richer than the rest of Australia. In this country, Taita-Taveta, Migori, Narok, Turkana and Kwale would probably be the richest counties that could be giving some money to the centre, instead of expecting money from the centre.
