    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to support this Statement by my colleague and fellow Senator representing PWDs, Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve. From the word, go, I congratulate all PWDs and their allies on the celebration of the International Day of PWDs. This day is celebrated every 3rd of December across the world. Earlier on, we used to celebrate it as a national event alone in Nairobi or in some other location. Today, people in Kibwezi in Makueni County are doing that. I am very glad that it has now become a matter of counties. I have just come from Kiambu County and if you look at my shoes, they are full of mud. We were having a celebration there---"
