Sakaja, the Senator for Nairobi City County, I spoke to him. I also came to consult my senior, Sen. Wetangula, with regard to where Kenya is heading in terms of why we are elected by the people and their expectations. We seem not to reason or resonate together. It is like the two Houses, the National Assembly and the Senate, are at war. There is a push and pull. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, that is the reason why we refer to Article 110(3)."
