    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Commonwealth countries adopted that issue almost 56 years ago. So, there is nothing new in that aspect. My question to the Minister is this: We have many wealthy people and companies in this country. They are willing to give and so, we do not have to go and beg. We just need to give them an incentive! Could she undertake to this House that, as a Ministry, they will go and look very critically on how the poor could be helped? They should liaise with the Ministry of Finance to see how they can tap the great wealth of this country?"
