    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting clause 12 and substituting therefor the following new clause— Remuneration of the Board. 12. The members of the Board shall be paid such remuneration, fees or allowances as the Cabinet Secretary, in consultation with the Salaries and Remuneration Commission, may determine. Again, the word commission reappears, but most important is the inclusion of the SRC. We had not taken that into consideration. Any allowances of the board will be subject to SRC."
