Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 19 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “Commission” appearing immediately after the word “The” and substituting therefor the word “Board”; (b) by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause— “(2) Within a period of three months after the end of a financial year, the Board shall submit to the Auditor- General the accounts of the Authority for that year together with— (a) a statement of income and expenditure during the year; and (b) a statement of assets and liabilities of the Authority as on the last day of that year.” (c) in sub-clause (3) by deleting the word “Commission” appearing immediately after the words “of the” and substituting therefor the word “Authority”;"
