Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 35 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1)(a) by deleting the words “a referring medical practitioner” appearing immediately after the words “requested by” and substituting therefor the words “an appropriately qualified and registered clinician or medical practitioner within their respective care level”; (b) in sub-clause (3) by deleting the word “Commission” Appearing immediately after the words “to the” and substituting therefor the word “Authority”."
