Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 53 (a) of the Bill be amended by deleting the word “Parliament” appearing immediately after the words “appropriated by” and substituting therefor the words “the National Assembly”. The justification for this is that the National Assembly is the House which appropriates money to public bodies."
