    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, that is, indeed, the case. I wish to inform the hon. Minister for Transport and to confirm that when the road is under construction, the management and maintenance of the diversion is the responsibility of the contractor. So, when the road is under construction, the diversions have to be watered because they pass through farmlands. That is under the contractor. I also want to say that there is also a sum specifically set aside to ensure that those sections are set out. To the best of my understanding, what we could do is to send a road safety enforcement team tomorrow from the Ministry to ensure that the concerns of the Member are addressed."
