Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 76 of the Bill be amended by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause— “(1) Every authorised person shall submit a waste management plan to the Authority for approval prior to the grant of an authorisation.” The justification of the amendment is as explained in the above clauses. The second reason for the amendment is to require an authorised person to submit a waste management plan to the Authority before the grant of authorisation."
