The Ministry has a programme to supply power to all urban centres in this country, secondary schools and other public institutions. We supplied power to Kainuk upon the request of Kainuk residents. If there is, indeed, no power in Turkwell, then the Member of Parliament should, through the usual programme that we have, apply for the supply of power to that township and we will supply it."
