    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I join you in welcoming the delegation from Kilifi County. I thank them for being here this afternoon. This is the right place which has men and women of virtue who are respected in the Republic of Kenya. It is my prayer that you spend your time in the Senate well so that you go back and empower the people of Kilifi County. We thank you for your wisdom of electing leaders, for example, my colleague, Sen. Madzayo and Gov. Kingi who are great men of this nation."
