"content": "Those of us who come from areas with no tarmac road or bitumen standard, recently we got one or two roads and they are all failing because they are not paying the money. There is a road from Moyale to Thanatha in Wajir County which is along the Ethiopian border and for the last four years, that road has been crawling. That project is not being done because they are not paying the contactors. When the rains came recently, everything they had put in place has disappeared. How were they going to be managed?"
