"content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. On behalf of Hon. Rindikiri Mugambi, who is out of town on official duty, I beg to ask Question No.515/2019. It is directed to the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why the 28km Isiolo–Ruiri Road that connects Isiolo Airport and Meru Town which is in deplorable state is yet to be rehabilitated? (ii) What steps is the Ministry taking to ensure that the said road is urgently rehabilitated to serve motorists in accessing Isiolo Airport?"
