    "content": "I support this Motion. I urge the Members to approve it. We have seen people in the press saying that they sat under a tree and were promised a certain position. In this country, only qualifications can give you a position and not political rallies, sitting under trees, in churches and saying your community was promised. You cannot say that you were promised a position of a medical doctor, then you bring a shepherd from the village and take him to a theatre at the Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) to perform a surgery. Qualifications are a requirement."
