When we created the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC) it was intended to be independent but he is now saying that it has been ordered by the President. Is he not misleading this house by referring to a report or a letter written to the President by the KACC on the order of the President directing them to investigation when we know that they are not supposed to be receiving direction from any quarter?"
