    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The issue is that the Attorney-General stands on the Floor of this House constitutionally as the overall Legal Advisor to the Government. Therefore, if a letter is written to the President or not and whether it is received by the President or not the right person to comment and answer questions relating to it is the Attorney-General. Is it in order for him to say that he cannot talk about the letter to the President or by the President when he addresses this House and he can only confine himself to matters under the Act when he knows that as the Attorney- General he is the Principal Legal Advisor to the Government even though his advice in many occasions has been found to be wanting?"
