I rise to ask Question No.523/2019 to the Cabinet Secretary for Lands and Physical Planning: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary confirm the current status of ownership of a 5-acre piece of land known as L.R. Number Nairobi/Block 156/1, allotted by Housing Finance Group in Komarock Ward in Embakasi Central Constituency earmarked for a public school? (ii) When will the piece of land be released to the Ministry of Education to enable the publishing of the Registry Index Map (RIM) and lease prepared for school construction to commence?"
