    "content": "THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Public Investments Committee on the Extension of Time Limit for submission and publishing of the Financial Reports of the Central Bank of Kenya, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 90 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, approves the extension of time limit for submission and publishing of the Financial Reports of the Central Bank of Kenya for the Financial Year 2018/19 for a period not exceeding six (6) months pursuant to provisions of Sections 54 and 55 of the Central Bank of Kenya Act (Cap 491, Laws of Kenya)."
