    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I do not want to belabour many things. It will just be a repetition of what we did during debate on the Report. Therefore, I wish to conclude with that and urge the House to support the Supplementary Appropriation Bill. Also, I remind the House that the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning negated the amendments that had been proposed by the National Treasury on the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF). We agreed with them. Therefore, the NG-CDF funds are secure. We also hope the National Treasury will move fast to ensure the Exchequer is available and released to Members of Parliament, so that we have adequate resources to implement development projects in our constituencies even as we break for the Christmas recess. With that, I beg to move. I request Hon. Mutunga to second."
