I beg to move: THAT, Clause 93 of the Bill be amended by deleting the word “Commission” wherever it appears and substituting therefor the word “Authority”. The reason is that commissions are independent offices which are created through a constitutional amendment. The Act, therefore, puts it as an Authority."
