    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 100 of the Bill be amended by inserting the word “budget” immediately after the word “asset’. Currently, the Radiation Protection Board is fully financed by the National Treasury to the tune of around Kshs80 million through the Ministry of Health. It is, therefore, critical to have this budget maintained by the Authority since the Bill is intended to repeal the Radiation Protection Act (Cap. 243) and provide for a more comprehensive legislative framework with a broader regulatory space to cover all areas of interest, in line with the Kenya development The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
