"content": "Tenure of office. (1) The Chairperson or a member of the Board other than an ex-officio member shall, subject to the provisions of this Schedule, hold office for a period of three years, on such terms and conditions as may be specified in the instrument of appointment, but shall be eligible for re- appointment for one further term. (2) The members of the Board shall be appointed at different times so that the respective expiry dates of the members’ terms of office shall fall at different times."
