    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I want to move this amendment with a further amendment; an amended form. THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended by deleting the word “Interior Security” and substituting therefor with the word “Health,” and not “Nuclear and Radiation Safety.” It is a further amendment. We will delete the word “Interior Security” and substitute therefor the word “Health”. I am doing a further amendment from what I had proposed after consultation with the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Energy."
