    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the problem of flooding was also prevalent last year. We experienced damage to many roads and bridges. The Ministry asked for a list of bridges. The list was compiled and forwarded to the Ministry. The lists are lying in the Minister and floods have started. We have so many bridges that are affected. We are going to have a big number. What is the Ministry doing to solve the problem, instead of waiting until there is an emergency and start evaluating? What immediate measures has he taken to address the current emergencies?"
