    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is it in order for the Minister to tell us that the IGAD Summit has accepted to involve the Front Line States in securing the stability of Somalia when, in fact, we know that we did not have Al-Shabaab in 2006 before Ethiopian forces went into Somalia and occupied that country? We did not have radical islamists who are basically destructive groups in Somalia prior to the engagements of Ethiopian forces inside Somalia. The fact that through our own Government in which the Minister was at that time an Assistant Minister; we very wisely stayed out of Somalia and never committed our forces in Somalia."
