The Central Bank of Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company’s Regulations 2019 were made by the Governor of CBK pursuant to Section 57(1) of the CBK Act Cap 491. The Regulations were published in the Kenya Gazette via Legal Notice No.134 of 2019 on 2nd August 2019 and received by the Clerk of the National Assembly on 11th September 2019 and tabled before the House on the same date."
