    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Allow me to make a quick observation. I support the Petition by the Senator for Mombasa, Sen. Faki. The issues of environment are critical, and we all face those challenges. We have prioritized investors’ interest over the citizens’ interest in this country. What does NEMA or the agencies that gave approval do when such constructions are taking place? This country does have approval agencies, and some procedures have to be followed before any construction is approved.
