    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I thank Sen. Halake for seconding this Motion. This is a very important Motion. I wish the House was full because I believe many people could have had interest in talking to this Motion. Minerals are very important. As I said before, there are several countries in Europe whose economy is based on minerals. It is just coming to the realization of Kenyans that now they have a lot of minerals. This is because of the research that has been done and exploration that has been done. I believe that if the minerals are properly extracted and proper marketing of the minerals is done, Kenya can be a first world because we have a lot of minerals. We only need to put a little bit of funds into the industry, extract the minerals, get market for the minerals and Kenya would be one of the richest countries in this world.
