So, we need clear assurances that the five months provision is anchored in law. Again, we do not want a situation where after we have left for Christmas, then we are told that we cannot spend the CDF money in the account until and unless the committees are approved by Parliament. You see the Chair is not coming out clearly until now when he has mentioned the five months. I want to know where the five months are anchored. Thank you."
