    "content": " Hon. Speaker, Hon. Otiende Amollo will agree with me that these are the kinds of things that when they are taken to court, the judges indict Parliament. I want Hon. Pukose to withdraw the statement that the Motion has been debated extensively. Hon. Speaker himself said that it is the Mover and the Seconder and so, he cannot make that statement. We need to remove it from the HANSARD. Hon. Speaker, you said it and you are on HANSARD. You said that it is only the Mover and the Seconder who spoke on the Motion. Nobody else has spoken to it. So, the use of that statement will even negate what we want to do. We have no problem with the use of Standing Order No.95."
