Speaker, this translates to about 7,000 kilometres of the 10,000 kilometres that we promised the people of Kenya in the last Parliament that we were going to do as the Government. What Kshs700 billion means is that if we were to go through the normal budget process, it will take us close to 11 years to finish the committed roads. That is terrible!
