    "content": "I would also like to bring to the attention of the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing the utilisation of the Fuel Levy Fund and especially money that goes to the counties. Historically, all roads were done by the national Government. When we devolved functions, there are some roads that were classified to be maintained by counties. But, you find most of those roads are in a poor state and whenever we go back home, we are blamed for not advocating for their maintenance."
