    "content": "This country could go a long way if it could just concentrate on infrastructure; that is, roads, water and energy. Kenyans are industrious people. They will take advantage of the infrastructure to engage in their private businesses and create wealth for themselves and for the future generations. So, as this House approves this Bill, we want to put the officers in charge of those agencies and authorities on notice. They are in those offices to serve Kenyans and not themselves.
