I thank the Ministry and the Committee for coming up with this innovative idea of looking for alternative source of funding for our roads. We do not have to go out there. The roads are in a bad state because of the climatic changes. We do not have to go out to see. Recently, I was driving from Nakuru to Nairobi and it took me a long time because the roads are in bad state due to the rains."
