    "content": "Parliament to play its role very well in matters of budget oversight. This way, I am sure we will address some of the challenges noted in this Report. Lastly is an issue of un-surrendered or unaccounted imprest, which amounts to over Kshs518 million. This is not small money. The Committee has recommended that ministries must take this seriously. As the Vice-Chair of the Committee on Implementation, I want to support my Chair. We will look at this Report and ensure the recommendations approved by Public Accounts Committee are implemented.
