    "content": "With the appointment of the new Controller of Budget, she should take up her office positively and do what she has to do so that we can get ourselves out of the quagmire that we are in. Since we came into this House, several supplementary budgets have been passed, which are not reflective of the budget that was passed. That is so telling on the type of managers we have entrusted with our money. Now that my colleagues are on my case, I wish to stop at that and thank you for giving me this opportunity.
